Common questions.
Why do you build a preview before I have agreed to anything?
Because it is the clearest way to show what we can do. Instead of spending on advertising and sales calls, we put that time into building real pages for businesses we would like to work with. If you decide not to go ahead, there is nothing to pay, and we remove the preview on request.
Who owns the website, and what happens long term?
You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name and you receive the full code and all content. If you ever decide to move to another provider, the website keeps working and we hand over everything you need. There is no lock-in.
How does payment work?
Every project is quoted individually. You receive a fixed quote in writing before any further work starts, and you pay by invoice or card only once you have approved the finished website - never up front.
How do I know you are a real company?
AIERA Ltd is a registered company in Slovenia, in the EU - VAT SI29731917, registration number 7078366000, Moše 27b, 1216 Smlednik. You can verify the VAT number in the EU VIES register. The phone number on this page reaches the founder directly, and you pay only after you have approved the work.
Can I request changes?
Yes, and we expect to. The preview is a starting point. Once you decide to go ahead, we refine the text, structure and images with you until you are happy, before anything goes live.
How did you find my business?
We find businesses through public business registers and their own websites, and build a small number of previews each week before getting in touch. We do not buy lists. If you would rather not hear from us, let us know and we will remove your details and the preview the same working day.
Can you also help with advertising?
Yes. We run Google Ads and Meta Ads, produce ad creative with AI, and automate repetitive work such as enquiry handling and reporting. Each service is scoped separately, so you only take what makes sense for your business.
Where are you based?
Our studio is in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and we work with businesses across Europe, the UK and North America. Everything can be done by email and one link - most clients never need a call, though you are always welcome to book one.
